Premier Water Solutions 10 Ltd, a growing installation and drainage engineering firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Drainage Engineer/Project Manager (1 year contract initially to cover maternity cover, possibility to continue to permanent role after the initial term) to join their team. As a Project Manager and Designer, you will lead and manage the design and delivery of small to medium -scale drainage installation projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Manage and lead small-scale drainage installation projects from inception to completion Develop and implement design solutions for complex development or retrospective projects Conduct engineering analysis and prepare reports and recommendations Undertake site inspections and prepare construction progress reports Manage project budgets and schedules Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members Carry out Flood Risk Assessments SUDS Design Micro-Drainage Modelling software & Autocad proficient Be able to design, submit and manage Applications (S104/106) with SWW Proficient with Building Regs Part H as well as Design and Construction Guidance for Sewerage undertakers Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members Bill of Quantities Be able to write technical emails, letters and reports and liaise directly with clients and team members
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering, including experience in managing and delivering small to large-scale infrastructure/development projects Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering principles, practices, and standards Proven ability to lead and manage own workload Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D (but not essential) Experience in Micro-Drainage Hydraulic Modelling software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Premier Water Solutions 10 Ltd are experts in providing out the box solutions for waste water, surface water, groundwater / potable water treatment and Property Flood Resilience (PFR). We offer cradle to grave solutions and provide the full, design, specification, installation, training and maintenance, including obtaining all of the necessary Statutory Authority permissions, permits and certificates.
You will be of smart appearance, experienced in all aspects of groundworks, although some training will be provided, you must be willing and able to learn and have a strong work ethic. Job Details:
Pre Purchase Septic Tank surveys, fault investigation, CCTV surveying and reporting.
Installations and maintenance of septic tanks/treatment plants, soakaways, drainage mounds, pump stations, rising mains and drain laying. Experience using a digger and dumper would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Installations and maintenance of Property Flood Resilience products – such as flood doors, barriers, gates, non return valves etc.
Working on new Construction Management Software – Reflow.
